Usually within one business day. For diagnosis-related questions, please include the task ID.

Common support questions

How long does a diagnosis take?

It depends on the size of the question matrix and how many platforms you select. You can track progress in the app while a task runs; once it's done, the report is ready to view and export.

Export failed / my white-label logo didn't apply?

Check that your plan tier includes white-label, and that you uploaded the logo before exporting. If it still fails, email us the task ID and a screenshot and we'll help.

How are credits charged?

By actual usage: 1 credit = ¥0.10, mapped to real compute cost. Diagnosis, re-tests and report generation are billed by what you actually use; you can see the breakdown in the app.

How do I turn off monitoring alerts?

In monitoring settings you can turn off re-tests or adjust thresholds; SMS / voice channels are opt-in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

I have doubts about the results — is the data trustworthy?

Reports include verbatim excerpts of the AI's real answers so you can check each one. We use real Q&A sampling only — never faked or fabricated. If you disagree with a judgment, send it to us for review.
